Return Policy

Mistaken Purchases

We are reasonable and flexible with our return policy and hope that you are too.  If an item is not what you thought it would be, or you got the wrong thing, and:

  • It was not soldered or modified in any way.
  • Never had power applied.
  • Has its original firmware.
  • Most importantly, is in new condition.

If this is the case, then please contact us so we can let you know how to process your return.

  • Any unmodified product can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After that, there may be a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns on items purchased more than 90 days ago.
  • We reserve the right to deny any returns.
  • Shipping and handling charges in either direction are not refundable.
  • All merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • All returns must include all the factory accessories.  In other words, everything that came with the item.
  • Please include the original receipt or a copy of your RMA email.
  • All bargain basement category items are not returnable and sold ‘as-is’.
